So I would say it's actually the old conspiracy. But that's just me. What do I know? Although I do think there is most certainly alot more of it these days than there possibly ever has been. And I guess various people have differing opinions on what is disinformation and what is not. Hence the effectiveness of the divide and conquer principle.
